No. Our pricing is honest and upfront. We are not going to quote you a low number to get the job and then raise the price once we are working. However, construction involves unknown and unseen conditions. We do our best to anticipate those in our walk and will discuss with you in our initial visit. Only if major issues are discovered during the project will additional costs be discussed. We want to earn your trust so our goal is to complete the project on budget.
