Unfortunately, there are too many variables that change the value of a remodel such as size of the bathroom, materials used, and scope of work to put a generic estimate here. During our initial call then following in-home consultation, we review your space and all the desired changes with finish level to provide an estimated range specific to your place.
Yes, with every proposal comes a link to flexible financing options that can be 0% interest if paid inside of 12 months, or payoff the balance over 3-7 years (understanding there will be 5-10% interest yearly over that time) for well-qualified customers. This way, our customers can enjoy a refreshed space today without a paying for it all right after the bathroom or remodel is completed.
No. We are not going to quote you a low number to get the job then raise the price after the project begins. The only additional funding changes occur if there is discovery of a previously unforeseen condition or our customers choose to change part of the space after selecting our proposal. We want to earn your trust by delivering your new amazing bathroom or additional remodeled space as proposed, on-time, on-budget.
Mid-project changes are not common but happen, either because of necessity/discovery (water damage/galvanized pipes) or design changes our customers may desire. For unforeseen problems we bring best-in-class solutions to minimize additional funding needs. For design changes we can provide pre-curated solutions or we simply walk alongside you as you select what you need as the space allows to create the desired oasis you’ve been dreaming of.
