Step 1: Schedule Your In-Home Consultation
The first step is meeting with you in your home. This is where everything begins.
During the in-home consultation, our customer concierge takes time to listen. We want to know what you like, what you don’t like, and what problems you want to fix in your bathroom. We measure your space and discuss ideas to turn your shower or tub area into something beautiful and functional.
You will also get help choosing colors, styles, and designs that fit your home and your taste. Once selections are made, we provide a clear, no-pressure estimate. There is no obligation. If you decide to move forward, we then provide a finalized scope of work and so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 2: Bathroom Removal
Once the plan is approved, the real transformation begins.
Our lead remodeler and contractors arrive to prepare the space and complete details. Then we begin removing the old bathroom. This includes worn fixtures, worn surfaces, and anything else in the way of your upgrade.
This step is exciting because you start to see real change. The old bathroom is cleared out, and the space is prepped for something new. It may look messy for a short time, but this phase is important. It lays the foundation for an easy, successful installation.
Step 3: Installation Day
Installation is the most exciting part of the remodel.
Our transformation partner is on-site daily to make sure everything is done the right way. Quality and attention to detail matter to us. The materials and fixtures you chose are installed carefully so they look great and work perfectly.
Photos and updates are shared along the way, so you always know what is happening. Whether you are living in your home or staying somewhere else during the remodel, you’ll be informed from start to finish.
